Implemented the Sprint 3 JavaScript functions and added tests covering the required cases.
The changes include:
Implemented getAngleType and tested acute, right, obtuse, straight, reflex, and invalid angles.
Implemented isProperFraction and tested proper, improper, equal, zero, and negative-value cases.
Implemented getCardValue and tested number cards, aces, face cards, and invalid card inputs.
Ran the programs with Node.js and verified that the tests pass.
